Capital Region Wellness, a network of independent professionals, is

launching its first coworking wellness space in downtown Schenectady.

We are currently renovating a historic landmark property located at

101 State Street, Schenectady NY 12305.

The completed project will offer private offices starting as low as

$500 per month, including digital marketing, as well as shared reception,

high speed internet, printing and kitchenette.

The first offices will be available May 1st, 2023.

Wellness coworking memberships starts at $50 per month, enabling service providers to have a virtual office and ability to recruit new clients. Wellness coworking providers will be able to book office space and

meeting rooms by the hour at a 50% discounted rate.
